What are my payment options?

  • PayPal - Used for credit / debit cards, PayPal payments, E-checks.
  • Invoice by Email - Used to pay by Credit / Debit card with no PayPal account required. We will send you an invoice by email, you may follow the link to pay for your order. The email communication will be from Paypal and contain Colleen Fender's name requesting payment.
  • Personal Check - Payment must be received within 7 days of order placement or your order will be canceled and returned to inventory. The name / address to send check to will appear at checkout. Your order will ship once your check clears our bank.
  • Money Order / Postal Money Order - Name / address to send money order to will appear at checkout. Payment must be received within 7 days of order or your order will be canceled and returned to inventory.

I want to pay with my credit card but am not a member of PayPal. How do I complete my transaction?

  • Open email invoice your received from us.
  • Scroll down until you see the following text: “Colleen Fender would like you to use PayPal - the safer, easier way to pay and get paid online. To send Colleen Fender your payment and see the details of this invoice…” (*Note – Colleen Fender is co-owner of Fun Beyond Driven)
  • Copy and paste this link into your web browser
  • Beneath that text, you will see a link you can click on that will take you to the PayPal Website
  • Once there, you will see a summary of your invoice
  • Scroll down until you see the yellow "Continue" button * Click "Continue"
  • This will take you to the PayPal website. At this point you can enter your credit card information on PayPal's secure website. You do not need to be a member of PayPal to do this.
  • After you enter your credit card information, click "Review Order and Continue"
  • Once you review your order, you can then complete your transaction.

How much will shipping cost me?

USPS Domestic Shipping (within the continental United States):

1 - 2 items - $6.99

3 - 4 items - $7.99

5 items or more - $8.99

All shipping costs include handling fees.

What if I want my order shipped Express?

We will gladly ship your order Express. However, additional shipping fees may be required.

Any orders placed before 2:00pm CST will be shipped the same day, Monday through Friday

I live outside the continental United States. How much will shipping cost?

We are required to declare the full value of the products purchased on all customs paperwork. Fun Beyond Driven is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or other fees your local government may charge you for ordering items from the United States (these items are generally made in China, Japan, or Taiwan). Please check with your local government for tax rules in your country.

Will you charge me sales tax?

All Illinois residents will be charged Illinois state sales tax (currently 6.25%).

Do you offer gift wrapping?

If you are purchasing a gift, please let us know at checkout! We will gladly ship your gift to the recipient and will also gift wrap your item(s) free of charge.

At checkout, be sure to utilize the "Send Fun Beyond Driven A Message" box, and let us know if you'd like your items gift wrapped! Gift receipts can also be sent if requested, as well.

What if I want to return an item?

Due to the highly collectible nature of many of our products, returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We strive to accurately describe every one of our items and want to be sure you're pleased with your order.

We encourage you to add insurance to our order, which is optional at check out. Please contact us within seven days of receipt of your shipment if you encounter a problem. Any refunds granted will be issued in store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How will you use my private personal information?

Fun Beyond Driven does not share any customer's personal information. Any information (including name, address, email address, etc) obtained by Fun Beyond Driven will be used solely for order fulfillment and sharing of company information with the customer should you decide to opt in to our mailing list.

What does “Pre-Order” status on an item mean?

What does “Pre-Order” status on an item mean? Fun Beyond Driven will often have much-sought after items available for pre-order through our store. This means that although we do not have these items in stock, as soon as they have been manufactured and are available, our distributors will ship them to us.

If you choose to pre-order an item, payment is expected approximately one week before the item is ready to ship. To pre-order an item, please proceed to checkout and choose the "Invoice Me" option. This will place a hold on the item for you and we will be able to send you an invoice via email approximately one week before the item is ready to ship. We would then require payment so that you can receive your item without delay.

The approximate ship date will always be visible on the item description. We will keep you abreast of any shipping schedule changes. In the unlikely event that our distributors are not able to come through to us with the product you have preordered, Fun Beyond Driven will email you to let you know of the situation. Orders will only ship once they are complete. Therefore, if you have a "pre-ordered" item in your order, your entire order will not ship until it is released. We will reserve all in-stock items for you in the event that one or more sell-out before your order ships.

Also, please note that you must choose the "Invoice Me" option even if you would like a split shipment. If you wish to receive your in-stock items at the time of your order, you will be charged for shipping on both your in-stock items AND your pre-ordered item(s), which will be shipped when they become available. If you choose this option, you will be invoiced separately for shipping for your pre-ordered item(s).
